and orders to P.O. boxes and addresses outside the U.S.
through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

different from than the billing address of your chosen

Order Preparation
We prepare audiobook chips in house, and typically ship
audiobook chip titles within two business days. Players,
accessories and other products may occasionally be out of
stock or backordered from outside suppliers, requiring
additional preparation time before shipment takes place.
Orders for audiobook chips placed before noon
U.S. East Coast time often ship the same day.
Time to delivery is the combination of the time it
takes to prepare your order, followed by shipping time,
and cannot be guaranteed. Most deliveries take place on
business days. Depending on the shipping method, a
person may need to be present at the delivery address
to accept and sign for the package.
Order Tracking
A link to our website, provided in your order confirmation
e-mail, will allow you confirm shipment, and obtain tracking
information for UPS orders. We also e-mail you when your
order is shipped.
Worldwide Shipping
Our ability to track delivery to international addresses
and military APO/FPO addresses is limited in some cases.
If your order does not arrive in the time you normally
would expect for a shipment from the U.S., please e-mail
