Customer satisfaction is our top priority. To achieve this goal, we are happy to offer a full refund on all products returned within 5 days of the date the item was received.
Plans change and we understand this. If you decide after ordering, that you do not want to go ahead with the particular language program you've ordered -- because you now plan to travel to another location -- we will be pleased to make an even-exchange for the language of the new destination.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition. "New and unused" means that the shrink-wrap seal is not damaged, torn or missing. We cannot accept the return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation.
- Here is the simple process for returning an item to PimsleurDirect:
- Contact our Customer Service team and make arrangements for us to send the new language, and at the same time return the original shipment. There will be no charge for this adjustment. Contact us at support@audiofy.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be written on your original invoice and on the pre-printed return-shipping label, which will be included with your order for your convenience.
- Repack the product in its original packaging materials.
Affix the enclosed, pre-printed return-shipping label to the package, and do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship your return prepaid by United Parcel Service (UPS) to the address listed on the pre-printed label.
If you are returning a product because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order or you are making an exchange, PimsleurDirect will pay the return-shipping costs. In no event will PimsluerDirect be responsible for return-shipping losses.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
PimsleurDirect.com will not accept any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above.
It takes approximately five days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession; we will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
