We collect this information in order to complete and process your order. We sell language courses, not information. We absolutely will not sell your information to any third parties. In order to deliver your order, we must provide your name and address to the shipping provider (such as the U.S. Postal Service, UPS and DHL) to send your package and confirm delivery. None of your financial information is given to any outside party.

Cookies and Statistics

Logs and Web beacons are used to determine the effectiveness of our advertising and promotional campaigns, as well as to evaluate Web site usability. The information collected is used in the aggregate to measure user experience overall, and individual results are indistinguishable.

The Security of Your Data

This Web site and shopping cart are hosted by Netsuite, a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. Netsuite securely hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data on secure servers. We protect the security of your personal information by using industry-standard tools such as firewalls, paired with encryption and secure logins to protect your data from harm. Additionally, our employees are trained to protect your information, and access to that information is internally restricted and audited. Any non-digital documents with customer information are shredded before disposal.
