After ordering your Chip Upgrade, please send an email to Customer Service with the course name and level that you'd like replaced. You will receive an information package explaining how to return your old chips. Once we receive your return package, the updated chips will be sent to you.
You are responsible for returning merchandise to us via an insured, trackable delivery method. Lost package claims must be taken up with your chosen carrier.
