REFUNDS:
Keeping our customers happy is our number one goal. Striving to meet all our customer expectations is practiced everyday here at Pimsleur Direct. That’s why creating an enjoyable and convenient shopping experience for you is our top priority.
If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange. Products that you return or exchange must be like new in unused condition.
CD’s will not be accepted if the item’s shrink wrap has been removed.
You can return your order for up to 5 business days from the purchase date to receive a full refund. Items that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you received them in. All materials included in the packaging must be accounted for.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. No exceptions.
If your payment method was a credit card, refund transactions will post on your next billing statement.
Most importantly, when returning an item please call into our offices to request an RMA number. Any item that we receive that does not have an RMA number attached will be returned to the sender.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES/RETURNS
Most orders placed before 4PM are shipped the same day. Once you receive your tracking number it will be your responsibility to track your own package.
USPS delivery times will vary, and are estimates. Tracking information for your parcel can be found by using the tracking number provided.
We highly recommend that you insure your return. We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
EXCHANGES:
So, after much thought and consideration you’ve decided to go to France instead of Turkey! No worries.
To exchange merchandise, please call our offices to obtain an RMA number and to specify which language program you would like to exchange for.
Exchanges will be accepted for up to 90 days from the purchase/delivery date. After which you will be eligible for our chip upgrade program.
Please allow 1-2 weeks following the receipt of your return for exchanges to arrive. If you are in a hurry, return your original item for a refund and place a new order online for your replacement item. This will expedite your receipt of the new/replacement item.
If you no longer want your language program on audiobook chip format and would like the CD’s instead, simply notify us when you call in for your RMA number. One of our friendly support representatives will be happy to process your order.
If you’re making an exchange because of a defective audiobook chip, the cost of shipping is covered by us. You must contact our offices by phone to request an RMA number so that a pre-paid return mailer can be generated for you.
Finally, if you receive a defective/incorrect product please notify us right away so that we can process your order accordingly. Don’t wait!
