We want you to love Pimsleur as much as we do. We are happy to offer a full refund on all products returned within 5 days of the date the item was received.
We also offer a “Spoken Performance Guarantee.” The full performance level can only be reached if the learner follows the Pimsleur learning method as recommended by Pimsleur Direct.
Most students of the Pimsleur programs are successful in learning to speak the language of their choice to the proficiency levels specified by the Pimsleur audio course. However, if you do not achieve full spoken-proficiency to the level specified by your course within one year, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the Pimsleur program, as printed on a receipt from Pimsleur Direct.
